I had a terrible experience when I visited the Romford Toni and Guy on Saturday. I felt it was completely within my rights to complain but have been left even more dissapointed after doing so.
I was told that the Romford Toni and Guy is a franchise and as the salon manager didn't want to give me a refund there was nothing that the cus more…

It is so refreshing to find a positive reference to Nietzsche. Mostly people seem to propagate the same old misconceptions enforced by people like Nordau and Russell.
The link below is to the aforementioned debate, have a read if you've got the time.

I was a T&G customer for many years and always thought that I was getting the best for my hair, I recently had my long blonde hair highlighted at T&G, it was so bad the hair is breaking of, it is dry, the roots are again visible but I cant have it done because of the condition my hair is in.
I will add that I have had my hair long for more…

T & G Covent Garden is awful too. The first time I went in I booked with a senior stylist, she completely ignored what I wanted, which was blonde, and made me brunette, after I complained she reluctantly put blonde streaks in. Although it was not what I asked for it was nice so a few months later I booked again. She had left the salon so I had more…

I used to work at Toni & Guy as well, and I completely agree with you! specially on your incident of not having a ride to work. You even have to go to work when you are sick. screw them as well, they take advantage of employees by putting you to work extra hours and no pay. more…

As a hardware volume control, particularly for playing a game on laptop battery. It took me a plenty of time. you can use the function keys to change the volume and that you don't actually have to alt-tab back to the desktop to change the volume leveland use hp laptop batteries

Horrible, horrible haircut at T&G, Victoria Station with the obligatory stylist whose first language IN NOT ENGLISH (he did keep aplogising for this). Terrible cut that looked terrible when he did it and continues to look disgusting five months later. He hacked and hacked at my thick wavey hair, it is an absolute travesty that you go in with th more…

Yeah that comment was a bit odd :O Anyway, my turn to vent.... I went to toni and guy in hastings for the first time as i wanted a colour and a fringe put in. The guy there seemed very stuck up with an attitude and said theres nothing we can do, you cant have a fringe put in as your hairs to thick and its my reputation on the line if it goes wrong! more…

When I started this thread I hoped, rather than expected, that someone in senior management might take notice, so I'm very pleased this has now happened. But can I just point out that if you go to the T&G website (at least as it was at the point when I wrote this post - I haven't checked lately), there was *NO* obvious indication of how or wher more…

I am absolutely appalled at the above negative comments written about Toni & Guy. My usual hairdresser is on holiday, so i went to a Polish lady. I was nervous at first, as she speaks very little English, but all i had to do was show her a picture of the hairstyle i have, and only trimmed and tidied a bit, but her cutting was immaculate! perfect! i was so impressed with this Polish stylist. She was polite, professional and court more…

I agree. I have never been in tears over a haircut before but after a botched colour job at T&G in Loughton, I have vowed never to visit those incompentent idiots again. There was only 2 people in there & 3 workers but they couldn't have paid me any less attention. One young girl whinied nasally all afternoon 'it's sunny, I wanna go home!!! more…

Like you said, the best stuff is free anyways.
We went with the kids, and, well, there just isn't time to catch all these exhibits in order to save that much. Okay if you're a couple single guys and are going to do 3 or 4 things per day, then I'd definitely agree its worth it.
Instead we decided just to use the travel car more…
